Cantarell, sans-serif;\">New clients will be sent the Health History Form via e-mail to complete prior to arriving \u2013 please print a copy and bring to your appointment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<h4><b>Your Therapist:<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Cantarell, sans-serif;\">May wear a medical mask and\/or eye protection whenever within 2 metres of client and during treatment <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Cantarell, sans-serif;\">Will wash her hands with soap and water thoroughly and regularly, including before and after treatment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n<h4><b>What cleaning and disinfecting protocols are in place?<\/b><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Cantarell, sans-serif;\">Items used during treatment will be cleaned and disinfected after each client<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Cantarell, sans-serif;\">Linens and blankets will be changed and laundered after each client and the face cradle will be thoroughly disinfected<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Cantarell, sans-serif;\">Items that cannot be cleaned and disinfected or changed between clients will be removed from the treatment area<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><b>What can you do to&nbsp;help?<\/b><\/h4>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Cantarell, sans-serif;\">Stay home if you have COVID-19 symptoms or are unfeeling well<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Cantarell, sans-serif;\">Try not to touch your face <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Cantarell, sans-serif;\">Cough and sneeze into your elbow or a tissue, dispose of the tissue immediately and wash your hands or use hand
